In remembrance of Dr. Mahdi Ali Qamar

It was only a year ago on May 26, 2014 when Dr. Mahdi Ali Qamar (1963-2014) was martyred while he received 11 bullets by two ruthless gunmen, in the name of his faith. He was an award winning cardiologist practicing in Columbus, Ohio. It was his passion for humanity that made him visit his childhood home to provide free medical services to the underprivileged at the renowned Tahir Heart Institute in Chenab Nagar, Pakistan. He traveled to help the ailing in obedience of the commandments of Allah and His messenger.

MAHDI A. QAMAR Catheterization and Intervention Laboratory has been setup at Tahir Heart Institute to appreciate his sacrifice and to continue his legacy. It has been built at a cost of $1 Million. However, this lab requires tremendous amount of commitment and resources to continue its successful operation. In order to achieve this magnanimous goal, we need your support.

We would like you to be part of this humanitarian project to remember his mission and love for humanity. You may contribute by making a tax-free donation to Humanity First USA by any one of the following ways:
